Role Overview

You’ll own the guest experience on every shift—delivering seamless service, driving our beverage programs forward, and feeding insights back into process improvements. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn on the job, join training sessions and shape how we do hospitality.

What You’ll Do

  • Outstanding Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, upsell with genuine enthusiasm and deliver flawless check-downs.
  • Beverage Mastery: Learn and showcase our cocktail recipes, craft beers, wines and non-alcoholic offerings—become the team’s go-to expert.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share ideas to streamline guest flow, speed up table turns and refine SOPs.
  • Training & Feedback: Participate in regular workshops and one-on-ones; coach newer team members as you grow.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth communication and co-develop new menu items.

You Have

  • 1+ year in a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest delight
  • Fluent in English or Norwegian/Swedish
  • A growth mindset—eager to learn, adapt and share feedback
