Right now we are looking for a candidate to join our restaurant group in Olso, the capital of Norway. 

Job description

1. Quality Comes First

  • Top Ingredients Only: Help order and inspect top-quality Norwegian meat and fresh produce.

  • Taste Checks, Always: Run tastings before service and during shifts to keep flavors on point and dishes consistent.

  • Consistency is Key: Make sure plating, portions, and seasoning follow our standards — every guest, every time.


2. Grow the Menu. Grow the Team.

  • Recipe Builder: Work closely with the Head Chef to improve existing dishes and test new ideas.

  • Lead by Doing: Train and inspire line cooks through hands-on coaching, tastings, and technique sessions.

  • Feedback Drives Progress: Listen to your team and our guests — and use it to make the kitchen even better.


3. Run a Sharp, Efficient Kitchen

  • Smarter Prep, Less Waste: Improve systems to make prep faster, reduce waste, and keep the flow smooth.

  • Hygiene & Safety Pro: Set the standard on cleanliness and food safety. Train the team and keep audits tight.

Skills and Experience

  • Good English and/or Scandinavian
  • Previous Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Salary & Perks

  • Monthly Salary: Starting from NOK 40,000–45,000 depending on your experience and role.

  • Gratuity (Tips): On top of your salary, our staff currently receives tips for every hour worked. These are given directly by our guests as a sign of appreciation — and typically amount to NOK 5,000–7,000 per month.

  • Staff Discount: Enjoy 50% off food and drinks when you're not on shift.
