What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cook from Scratch: Every sauce, every garnish, every patty — made in-house. Nothing pre-made. Ever.
  • Keep the Flow: Work across all sections during service — fast hands, sharp mind, high tempo.
  • Raise the Bar: Constantly refine technique, consistency, and speed through tastings and coaching.
  • Team Fire: Collaborate, communicate, and bring energy to the line every single shift.

Who You Are

  • You’ve got kitchen experience in a busy, quality-driven environment.
  • You’re passionate about food, details, and doing things properly.
  • You can handle pressure — and even enjoy it.
  • You speak English (or Scandinavian) confidently.
  • You’re proactive, reliable, and love being part of a strong team.
