We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Solli Plass.

At Kverneriet, we are looking for experienced managers who lead from the front and take real ownership of their restaurant and team. With us, you’ll develop your leadership skills while actively shaping the daily operation and long-term growth of the restaurant.

What you’ll do

  • Continuously develop people, processes, and products

  • Lead from the floor during service, coaching the team and ensuring great guest experiences

  • Work closely with Front and Back of House management to improve daily operations

  • Help create a positive, motivating, and supportive workplace

  • Plan, adapt, and take action to meet both opportunities and challenges
