Job description

1. High-capacity execution

  • Pace with precision: Deliver clean, consistent cooking in a high-volume kitchen—fast without getting sloppy.
  • Taste-driven standards: Taste, adjust, and calibrate through prep and service so every plate hits the same mark.
  • Station ownership: Keep plating, seasoning, portioning, and timing tight—every shift.

2. Craft, creativity & menu development

  • Create with us: Work closely with the Kitchen leader to refine existing dishes and develop new ones.
  • Strong fundamentals: Solid technique, clean prep, and a sharp palate. 
  • Built-in team vibe: Share ideas, test food together, and raise the level as a crew.

3. Prep flow & daily standards

  • Mise en place discipline: Build structure in prep so service runs smooth and predictable.
  • Smart efficiency: Reduce waste and improve flow without cutting corners.
  • Food safety & hygiene: Keep the kitchen spotless, compliant, and inspection-ready.

Skills and Experience

  • Good English and/or Scandinavian
  • Experience from a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
