We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Manager to join our team at Solli Plass.
At Kverneriet, we’re looking for ambitious leaders who lead from the front and take real ownership of their development, their team, and the restaurant. This role is both hands-on and developmental — giving you the opportunity to master restaurant operations while building the skills needed to step into a Restaurant Manager position.
You’ll play a key role in daily service, team development, and operational performance, acting as a bridge between the floor and senior management.
We’re looking for someone who truly cares about hospitality, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow into a stronger leader every day.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of daily service, leading from the floor and ensuring consistently great guest experiences
- Schedule shifts, assign stations, and set clear expectations through pre-service briefings
- Coach, motivate, and follow up on team performance to build a strong, engaged FOH team
- Act as the main point of contact during service when the Restaurant Manager is not present
- Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
- Build relationships with regular guests while creating new loyal patrons
- Work closely with both FOH and BOH management to improve operations and results
- Contribute to training, onboarding, and development of team members
